The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this 15th of September, this year. The meeting was led by HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in presence.
Following call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were considered and passed with a few amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a summarized financial update outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised questions regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed tennis court construction and traffic regulations.

Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to strengthen the quality of life for all residents while addressing ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are standards related to exterior aesthetics, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and forward their comments by August 15th.
- A public forum will be held on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate here in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
